August 4, 2019
One of the most common type of knee ligament injuries which can be treated effectively without surgery but only if treated within the first 1-3 weeks after injury. The earlier the knee is braced and protected, the better the chance of full ligament healing and full recovery. Early bracing and protection of the injured ligament will usually allow full anatomic healing of the ligament with better outcome than surgical reconstruction!
